Case: Portal for performance management

A large, internationally operating industrial enterprise hired Koivuniemi to implement their new performance management process of the new One Company approach. Koivuniemi designed and delivered an electronic portal introducing and training the new performance management process. The portal was used to train hundreds of managers in different countries to work according to the process.

Case: Increasing quality of public eLearning material
